Dan Shouvlin brings decades of experience in the restaurant industry, having led national brands like TGI Friday’s, Chi Chi’s, and Olive Garden. After settling in Pinellas County in the 1980s, he joined forces with Michael “Frenchy” Preston to build what would become the Clear Sky family of restaurants. He helped launch popular destinations like Clear Sky Cafe, Draught Haus, and Clear Sky on Cleveland — and has continued to grow the brand with two exciting new concepts: Clear Sky Club Haus and Clear Sky On Park. An active community board member and proud local, Dan remains dedicated to elevating the area’s dining scene and supporting its continued growth.
