Join us for an evening built around Tequila Ocho, paired course by course from a bright amuse-bouche through a chili-spiced dessert. Each dish is matched with an Ocho expression mixed into a classic cocktail, letting you taste the spirit’s range alongside a menu of bold, Mexican-inspired flavors.
The evening opens with an amuse-bouche of Birria Street Corn Taco, made with queso fresco, elotes, cilantro, and consommé, paired with an Ocho Plata “Fresca Platino.” The first course features Snapper Escabeche, American red snapper with pickled vegetables and cilantro-lime rice, paired with an Ocho Plata “Ranch Water.” Next comes Sopes de Cochinita, citrus achiote-rubbed pork with pickled red onion, cabbage, and chimichurri, paired with an Ocho Reposado “Old Fashioned.” The third course is Duck Flautas, with chili duck confit, smoked poblano mole, queso fresco, tomatillo-jicama salad, and Cholula pearls, paired neat with Ocho Añejo. The evening closes with Chocolate Flan, a chocolate custard with chili-spiced caramel and a cocoa coffee tuile, paired with an Ocho Reposado Barrel Strength “Espresso Martini.”
